Description

This 4 week phase is an overall full body workout but we hit arms and abs twice a week to help them grow. We’re going to be using heavier weights for this one!   Great for men OR women!   Hit those arms heavy and HARD! If your problem areas are arms and abs, why not focus on them for one month?
